1. Definitions and Applicability

• Using any automated tools, bots, or scripts intended to damage the platform's software or systems.
• Attempting to access another Member's account without authorisation.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.
• Engaging in abusive or threatening behaviour towards other Members.

In the event of any of the above violations, bdg33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account and forfeit the associated balance.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

The following rules apply to financial transactions on bdg33:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (applicable to all methods).
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Accepted methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
• Withdrawal processing generally takes 10 to 45 minutes.
• Account identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be made.
• Withdrawal funds will only be sent to the Member's own registered mobile wallet.

bdg33 reserves the right to review or place a hold on any transaction for valid reasons.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳20,000. To withdraw the bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times (15x). For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• A bonus is not cash in itself — it is only withdrawable upon meeting the specified wagering requirements.
• Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is strictly prohibited.

6. VIP Program

bdg33's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback benefits apply at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Weekly cashback is calculated based on the total net loss for that week (total losses minus total winnings). Example: a Silver Member with a ৳20,000 net loss in a week receives cashback of ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160. Members can move up to higher tiers through regular betting activity and active engagement with the platform.

VIP terms may change. bdg33 will notify Members of any such changes.

7. Gaming Rules

All games on the platform are conducted fairly and transparently. The following rules apply to gaming activity:

• Each game has its own rules and RTP. It is the Member's responsibility to read the rules before starting a game.
• If a game result is undetermined due to a technical error, bdg33 will make a final decision based on system logs.
• bdg33 is not liable for any loss arising from internet or device issues.
• For sports betting, if a match is abandoned, suspended, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the applicable policy.

• Unauthorised access to an account due to the Member's own negligence.

• Service disruption caused by natural disasters, war, or government directives.

bdg33 always endeavours to maintain uninterrupted service, but temporary downtime may be necessary for technical maintenance.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the bdg33 platform — logos, graphics, text, software, and other elements — is the intellectual property of bdg33. Members may use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes.

Reproducing, distributing, or using any content from the platform for commercial purposes without prior written permission from bdg33 is strictly prohibited.

14. Applicable Law

The applicable legal framework will be followed in the interpretation and enforcement of these Terms. In the event of a dispute, both parties will attempt to reach a resolution through discussion.
